Within this post, I will highlight a few well-known AI programs used in marketing today. Since the release of Chat-GPT, the world as we know it, will never be the same.

This article will mainly focus on the role of AI technology in the marketing world. We will explore how AI is currently automating marketing services and how this will impact the industry. In my article, I will cover four main programs namely, Chat GPT, Midjourney, Google Dreamix, and Adobe Firefly, and how these programs have taken the industry by storm.

It is good to mention that AI is already present in many aspects of the marketing world (such as online chat boxes), but this article dives deeper into the role of AI marketing automation in the industry as a whole. At the very end of this article, I will provide my own prediction on the future of AI and marketing as we know it. Furthermore, I present how AI will transform marketing, forever.

CHAT-GPT

The purpose of ChatGPT is to assist users in generating natural language text, answering questions, completing tasks, and engaging in conversations. As a language model, it is designed to understand natural language inputs and generate coherent and relevant responses.

This can be useful in a wide range of applications, such as customer service, language translation, content creation, and even education. AI can also be used to automate tasks that involve natural language processing. It can be used for summarizing documents, generating product descriptions, or writing emails. Overall, the purpose is to make it easier for people to communicate and interact with machines using natural language.

In marketing, the program is currently being in multiple ways. From producing website copy, writing social media copy, writing press releases, and writing scripts for comic books and movie plots. The program is extremely powerful, and it can even write HTML and CSS code for an entire website.

The problem with Chat GPT is that it enables plagiarism. Another problem is that it can be used to create harmful content as well (spreading misinformation). The program is already being used by University students to write reports and there is an active approach to try and combat this issue.

In the end, AI intelligence is already here, and it is here to stay. When it comes to marketing I believe that CHAT-GPT will be used in the future to fully automate content writing obligations. This clearly presents how AI will transform marketing, forever.

MIDJOURNEY

Midjourney is an AI-powered image generation tool developed by the Chinese company, ByteDance. It is based on the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) architecture, a type of deep learning model that can generate new images by learning from existing ones. Midjourney uses a large dataset of images to generate new and unique images based on the user’s inputs. Midjourney is designed to be user-friendly and allows users to easily generate high-quality images with just a few clicks.

Users can input various parameters, such as the style of the image, the type of object to be generated, and the color palette, among others. Midjourney then generates an image that matches the input parameters. The tool can be used for a variety of applications, including design, art, and visual content creation. It’s worth noting that ByteDance has faced criticism over its use of AI and data privacy practices in the past.

This, therefore, brings me to the topic of discussion, how will this program transform marketing? The answer, it already has. Midjourney is already being used by marketing professionals to generate high-end logos and visual images. In the end, this will completely transform the design industry and present graphic designers in the grey zone.

Companies will therefore not pay money for designers to create media products when there are products such as Midjourney to create outstanding visuals for FREE. All you need to do is is, sign up, and join one of their public servers and you are ready to become a designer. In the end, marketing will become automotive therefore bringing a different skill to the table is needed.

GOOGLE DREAMIX

Google’s AI video editor Dreamix can modify videos by prompt or generate new videos directly from a single image. Generative AI models that generate images or videos from text descriptions have made great strides in the past year thanks to diffusion models.

After image models like OpenAI’s DALL-E 2, Stable Diffusion, and Google’s Imagen, tech giants Meta and Google showed off video models like Make-A-Video or Imagen Video a few months later. But while new methods like Prompt-to-Prompt or InstructPix2Pix, for example, make Stable Diffusion applicable to image processing, video models have so far been limited to synthesis.

This clearly shows that AI is integrating into all areas of marketing from text to image generation, and even video generation. Soon, programs will be released offering user-friendly animation designs along with high-quality video designs. ADOBE FIREFLY

Adobe Firefly is a new tool that lets creators generate high-quality content quickly and easily using natural language input. It supports various types of content and makes it simple to make changes and produce limitless variations on-brand. Firefly will be integrated into Adobe’s leading tools and services, allowing users to incorporate generative AI into their workflows effortlessly.

It is a set of design and development tools and resources that enables designers and developers to collaborate and create engaging user experiences across devices and platforms. It is a cloud-based platform that provides a set of APIs, SDKs, and UI components that allow developers to build custom web and mobile applications quickly and efficiently.

Adobe Firefly includes a wide range of design and development tools, such as the Spectrum Design System, the XD Design Tool, the Adobe I/O Runtime, and the Adobe Experience Platform. These tools enable developers to create and deploy scalable and secure applications that can integrate with Adobe’s ecosystem of products and services. The program also allows for fast and efficient editing such as removing the background and changing image moods within seconds.

IN THE END, I truly believe that marketing will become a full automotive industry from content writing, content marketing, video design, image generation, mobile/website development, and much more.

This doesn’t mean there is no future for people in marketing, this prompts working smart and getting used to these programs to get ahead of the curve. In the end, human power will still be needed in marketing in terms of customer engagement, understating customer pains, and how to change the behaviors of consumers to achieve your desired situation.
